The highest quality in tempering process with the Master Temper oven

Tempered glass is a type of glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass.
Tempering process consists in putting the outer surfaces into compression and the inner surfaces into tension.
The TK tempering furnaces have various dimensions in order to satisfy the production requirements of any type of customer and its heating system could be radiation or convection and radiation system.
The Master Temper is an oscillating furnace that is characterized by ease of use and operational flexibility.
The rollers are protected by ceramic material, which is driven by means of a belt that guarantees the smoothness of the glass. The movement is oscillating and constant to avoid deformation of the processed glass and to allow uniform heating of the entire surface.

In addition to the wide range of tempering glass, the Master temper oven is suitable for coating low emissivity glass (magnetron and pyrolytic). Excellent results are obtained with the 0.01 Low-E soft system.
